Crank Olympia 2.0
The ESN Crank Olympia is the latest development in our popular Crank pre-workout series, specially designed for our sponsored athlete Urs Kalecinski. This product was not only inspired by Urs, but also developed in close collaboration with him to meet his highest standards of performance and intensity. Just in time for his participation in Mr. Olympia 2024, version 2.0 relies on proven ingredients, supplemented by a unique formula that uses tropical fruits with a spicy aftertaste. Hence the name ‘Grizzly Punch’.

What do I need to be aware of when taking it?

In addition, ESN Crank Olympia 2.0 contains a certain amount of caffeine and synephrine. People who are sensitive to stimulants should start with a lower dosage. The dosage can then be adjusted upwards over time.
Can I combine ESN Crank Olympia 2.0 with ESN Crank Pump Pro?
Theoretically, it is possible to combine both products, but we would advise against it. The Crank Olympia 2.0 already contains L-citrulline, arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate and glycerol in the pump matrix. These ingredients are also contained in the ESN Crank Pump Pro. An overdose in combination with ESN Crank Pump Pro is very unlikely, since L-citrulline is very well tolerated even in high dosages over a short period of time. However, many active ingredients are doubled. If you now dose some of these ingredients significantly higher, this does not mean that the effect will also improve. Therefore, we recommend that you limit yourself to one product of each.
Is ESN Crank Olympia 2.0 gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan?
Yes, ESN Crank Olympia 2.0 is gluten- and lactose-free and vegan.
What should I do if I feel unwell after taking Crank Olympia 2.0?
If you feel unwell after taking Crank Olympia 2.0, there are two options: Either you wait patiently for it to subside on its own, or you take countermeasures. One proven method is to eat and drink enough. Since caffeine can increase the urge to urinate and lead to dehydration, you should start by drinking plenty of water. Fatty foods such as pizza, chips or burgers can also be helpful, as caffeine is fat-soluble. Studies also show that carbohydrate-rich foods such as broccoli, cauliflower or kohlrabi can help to alleviate unpleasant nervousness.
An important note: If the symptoms are very pronounced or persist for a long time, you should definitely seek medical advice. Only a medical professional can reliably assess whether symptoms such as tachycardia, dizziness and nausea are dangerous or not.
