3-in-1 Ultimate Pre Workout Booster

Crank Ultimate, our 3-in-1 pre-workout booster, was developed in collaboration with our ESN athlete Leonidas Arkona, one of Germany's strongest athletes. The aim was to create an improved version of our popular pre-workout booster "Crank" that combines the aspects of drive, focus and pump.

Goal of Crank Ultimate

Our aim with ESN Crank Ultimate was to take all three aspects (drive, pump & focus) into account and to integrate effective ingredients into the product. Leonidas Arkona, one of the strongest athletes in arm wrestling, curling and powerlifting, needs exceptional drive for his workouts, sufficient energy for high weights, a razor-sharp focus and an intensive pump to optimally hit and supply the target muscles.

We have taken these requirements into account in the development of Crank Ultimate and combined them in one product to provide the ultimate training experience.

When developing Crank Ultimate, we thought of everything to offer you the maximum training experience. This is precisely why we have used the following innovative and patented raw materials, which are unrivalled:

• HydroPrime Glycerol Powder (65%): HydroPrime® is a breakthrough form of glycerol at the highest concentration on the market, effectively addressing the clumping and stability issues of previous glycerol formulations.
• PeakATP: PeakATP is a patented form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) that aims to increase extracellular ATP levels in the body, providing a direct source of energy for muscle contractions during strength training. Taking PeakATP® before training has been shown in some studies to result in an immediate increase in muscle strength and performance, which could allow for more intense training sessions and potentially greater gains in muscle mass and strength. FAQ Crank Ultimate

What do I need to consider when taking it?

ESN Crank Ultimate contains some stimulants and a significant amount of caffeine and synephrine. Therefore, the pre-workout booster should ideally be consumed in the first half of the day. Otherwise, your sleep could be negatively affected. ESN Crank Ultimate should also be consumed with sufficient water.

The following additional information should be noted:

• Contains caffeine (255 mg / daily serving) and synephrine content (21 mg / daily serving).
• Not suitable for minors, pregnant women, nursing mothers, people with high blood pressure or cardiovascular diseases.
• Consult a doctor if you are taking medication.
• Discontinue use if there are signs of restlessness or nervousness.
• No more than 400 mg caffeine, 21 mg synephrine and 800 mg epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) per day should be consumed from any food source.
• Should not be consumed if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
• Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

Is it possible that I cannot tolerate Crank Ultimate?

It is possible with any product that you may not tolerate certain ingredients. You should therefore start with half a portion to test your tolerance.

ESN Crank Ultimate also contains a certain amount of caffeine and synephrine. People who are sensitive to stimulants should start with a lower dosage. The dosage can then be adjusted upwards over time.

Can I combine ESN Crank Ultimate with Crank Pump Pro?

The combination of both products is theoretically possible, but we would advise against it. ESN Crank Ultimate already contains L-citrulline, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and glycerol in the pump matrix. These ingredients are also contained in ESN Crank Pump Pro. An overdose in combination with ESN Crank Pump Pro is very unlikely, as L-citrulline is also very well tolerated in high doses in the short term. However, many active ingredients are dosed together. If some of these ingredients are now dosed significantly higher, this does not mean that the effect will also improve. We therefore recommend that you limit yourself to one of the two products.

Is Crank Ultimate gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan?

Yes, ESN Crank Ultimate is gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan.

What do I do if I don't feel well after taking Crank Ultimate?

If you experience an unpleasant feeling after taking Crank Ultimate, there are two options: Either wait patiently for it to subside on its own, or take countermeasures. One tried and tested method is to eat and drink enough. As caffeine can increase the urge to urinate and lead to dehydration, you should first drink plenty of water. Greasy foods such as pizza, fries or burgers can also be helpful, as caffeine is fat-soluble. According to studies, carbohydrate-rich foods such as broccoli, cauliflower or kohlrabi can also help to alleviate the unpleasant nervousness.

An important note: If the symptoms are severe or persist for a long time, you should definitely seek medical advice. Only medical professionals can reliably assess whether symptoms such as palpitations, dizziness and nausea are dangerous or not.
