Can I combine ESN Hydorade with other vitamin and mineral products?

As long as you consume ESN Hydorade in moderation, there is no need to worry. The vitamins in ESN Hydorade are water-soluble. It would be almost impossible to drink too much ESN Hydorade in order to consume excessive amounts of vitamins. The vitamins are simply excreted in the urine.

Can I drink ESN Hydorade without exercising?

Of course. The product contains no sugar and can therefore also be drunk as a tasty refreshment between meals.

Can I combine the product with other ESN products?

ESN Hydorade is a sugar-free sports drink. One drink does not cover all micronutrient requirements. In principle, you can supplement with an Athlete Stack or a creatine product. The use of ESN Hydorade does not exclude the use of other ESN products per se.

However, a general supplement recommendation is always an individual recommendation. Supplements are only ever a supplement to a balanced and healthy diet.

Has ESN Hydorade been tested for doping substances and is the product on the Cologne List?

The production of ESN Hydorade fulfils the requirements of the IFS (International Food Standard). IFS is an internationally recognised independent certification system for food safety and purity. How many calories does a bottle of Hydorade contain?

ESN Hydorade is sugar-free and contains 15kcal per 500ml. It is therefore very low in calories and sugar.

What is the difference between Hydorade and the electrolyte powder?

The electrolytes in the sachets are something that goes more in the performance direction and can be used perfectly as an intra-workout, especially because of the carbs. Even if the ESN Hydorade can also be used for this in principle, the Hydorade is a little more ‘lifestyle-heavy’ and is also simply great as a tasty, refreshing drink in summer or generally during activities where you sweat a lot and want to compensate for the loss of fluids and minerals.

The Hydorade tastes slightly different. Why is that? Does Hydorade contain carbon dioxide?

We have added some carbon dioxide to the Hydorade. The flavour may therefore be slightly different. The carbon dioxide improves the flavour and freshness.
