We live in a fast-paced and stressful world. Many of us have time-consuming jobs and have to travel a lot for work. Unfortunately, healthy eating is often neglected and we resort to unhealthy alternatives. Of course, in a perfect world this shouldn't happen, but unfortunately for many this is the reality.
To solve this problem, we at ESN have developed a special product.
The Protein Meal RDY was developed with professional footballer Thomas Müller and is a protein-enriched (RTD) drink made from low-fat milk. The drink has been supplemented with numerous vitamins and minerals to provide the optimum meal. You are provided with many nutrients to quickly supply your body with them.
The product is a ready-to-drink drink that contains all the essential nutrients in a balanced ratio, provides long-lasting satiety and offers a convenient and efficient way to fulfil your daily nutritional needs. The nutrient-rich drink is a balanced blend of proteins, carbohydrates, fibres and fats, as well as essential vitamins and minerals. It is composed in such a way that the drink can be used as a healthy meal replacement and can ideally supplement a balanced diet, even when things have to be done quickly and there is not enough time to prepare a solid meal.
Important: Food supplements are only ever a supplement to a balanced and healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle.

FAQ Protein Meal Ready
Is the Protein Meal lactose-free and gluten-free?
The product has been specially developed to offer as many people as possible a healthy meal replacement. The product is therefore lactose-free and gluten-free.
The product is said to contain no sugar. Why is dextrin listed as an ingredient?
The dextrin contained in the product is dextrin from maize starch.
Dextrin is not sugar and is not a type of sugar, as it is more like starch in structure, i.e. more complex than sugar, and is therefore digested differently.
Why did you decide to use dextrin as an ingredient?
Dextrin was only used in small quantities (approx. 12g per bottle) and combined with inulin and fat. Therefore, cyclic dextrin would not provide any nutritional or physiological benefit. In the nutrient complex contained in RDY, the digestion of maltodextrin is delayed by the high fibre and fat content and also has no relevant effect on blood glucose levels. Thus, the combination of nutrients in RDY means that in this specific case dextrin has a similar effect to cyclic dextrin taken in isolation.
Does the product contain sugar?
The RDY Protein Meal contains only the naturally occurring sugar from milk.
Can the Protein Meal replace a protein shake after training?
The product can certainly replace a protein shake after training due to its high & high-quality protein content.
How many times a day is it best to take the Protein Meal?
We recommend consuming up to three portions a day, e.g. in the morning, before or after training or as a snack between meals.
Is the Protein Meal also suitable for children?
Basically, our products are aimed at the average adult. The calorie content and the amounts of vitamins and minerals have been developed to meet the needs of an adult.
Can I combine the product with other ESN products?
The Protein Meal is a nutritious meal replacement. One drink does not cover all micronutrient requirements. In principle, you can also supplement with an Athlete Stack or a creatine product. The use of the Protein Meal does not exclude the use of other ESN products per se.
However, a general supplement recommendation is always an individual recommendation. Supplements are only ever a supplement to a balanced and healthy diet.
What is the shelf life of the Protein Meal after opening?
The Protein Meal should be refrigerated (3-9 degrees Celsius) and consumed 1-2 days after opening.
Are the products tested for doping substances and are they on the Cologne List?
The production of RDY Protein Meals fulfils the requirements of the IFS (International Food Standard). IFS is an internationally recognised independent certification system for food safety and purity. In addition to IFS certification, the products have also been registered on the Cologne List. You can find more information here.
Is the Protein Meal vegan?
The Protein Meal contains milk and is therefore not vegan.
The Protein Meal has given me stomach pains. Is there a reason for this?
The product is a complete meal in the form of a shake, which naturally places more strain on the digestive system than a Designer Whey or Isoclear Shake, for example. Especially if you consume the shake very quickly, you may experience stomach pain. In the same way, stomach pain can also occur if you ‘gobble down’ a wholesome solid meal with a comparable nutrient content. To put the nutrient content of RDY in relation to a solid meal: The nutrients in RDY are equivalent to about 200g of lean meat or fish, 400g of mixed vegetables and 80g of wholemeal bread.
The RDY Protein Meal also contains a high prebiotic fibre content, which is equivalent to the fibre content of 400g of vegetables. Prebiotic fibres generally have positive effects on intestinal health. Inulin also has the special property of being able to stabilise blood sugar and lower LDL cholesterol. However, if you generally have little prebiotic fibre in your daily diet, it may be that the intestine first has to get used to the amount. Until then, side effects such as flatulence in the small intestine may occur. This is because the intestinal bacteria ferment the inulin.
Does the Protein Meal contain soya or nuts?
The Protein Meal does not contain any nuts or soya. Unfortunately, we cannot rule out the possibility that it may contain traces of these, as human error can always occur in our production process.
