PeptEndure is a speciality product developed by Gelita for endurance athletes and sports enthusiasts who want to improve their performance. PeptEndure is based on specific bioactive collagen peptides that aim to support endurance performance by improving metabolic processes in the body.

Creatine Monohydrate (3000mg)

Creatine is required primarily for muscle contraction, but also for brain and nerve function. It provides a phosphate that contributes to the conversion of the adenosine diphosphate (ADP) produced during contraction into adenosine triphosphate (ATP).

With over 500 scientific publications, creatine is one of the best-studied supplements.

How to take Perfect Base?

For maximum effect, we recommend that you mix a serving of 30 g powder (2 level measuring spoons, inside) with 400 ml water once a day and consume.

Who is Perfect Base suitable for?

ESN Perfect Base is mainly aimed at athletes who practise endurance sports. These athletes range from beginners to advanced/professional athletes, i.e. athletes who actively participate in endurance sports several times a week, who can benefit from our ESN Perfect Base. There is no reason to separate this product by gender. The Perfect Base can be used by both men and women.

What is different about the Endurance Line products compared to the remaining ESN assortment?

Our previous product range focussed heavily on proteins that are essential for muscle growth and supplements that complement the diet. For endurance athletes, however, muscle growth is not the main focus. Instead, many endurance athletes aim to increase their maximum oxygen uptake, improve their lactic buffering, increase hydration and optimise carb loading in order to have optimally filled glycogen stores for peak performance. The Endurance Line products therefore contain less protein and more amino acids and plant substances to increase oxygen uptake and lactate buffering capacity as well as electrolytes for hydration. The carbohydrates are essential for replenished glycogen stores and, in combination with the amino acids they contain, ensure rapid regeneration.

Do I have to take all the products of the ESN Endurance Line?

No. Each product stands on its own with its benefits and advantages and can be taken independently of the others. To get the most out of your performance, we recommend that you take all three products (Perfect Base, Perfect Pre, Perfect Rec). If you only want to start with one product, we recommend the Perfect Base.

Is the Perfect Base also suitable for the joints like the Collagen Peptides or the Daily?

The Perfect Base contains collagen peptides, but no bioactive collagen peptides. Therefore, one of the other two products is preferable for joint protection.
