How should Perfect Pre be taken?
For maximum effect, we recommend you mix one portion of 36 g powder (2 level measuring spoons, inside) with 400 ml water in a shaker and consume 40 minutes before your workout.

Who is Perfect Pre suitable for?
ESN Perfect Pre is mainly aimed at athletes who take part in endurance sports. These athletes range from beginners to advanced/professional athletes, i.e. athletes who actively participate in endurance sports several times a week, who can benefit from our ESN Perfect Pre. There is no reason to separate this product by gender. Perfect Pre can be used by both men and women.

Who should not take Perfect Pre?

No. Each product stands on its own with its benefits and advantages and can be taken independently of the others.
