Essentials- the perfect all-rounder for your health
The all-in-one solution for your health - Essentials . The four essential nutrients omega-3, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and magnesium form the basis for optimum performance and regeneration.
Important: Food supplements are only ever a supplement to a balanced and healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Vitamin D3 and K2
The European Union has confirmed extensive effects for the two vital substances in our ESN vitamin D3+K2 complex.
Vitamin D, for example, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of bones and normal teeth, while vitamin K can contribute to normal blood clotting as well as maintaining bones.
Vitamin D is special: The potentially most abundant source of vitamin D is not food, but the body's own production under UVB light exposure - i.e. in sunlight. In Germany, however, this is only available to a sufficient extent in spring and summer and is often limited by activities such as an office job.
Vitamin D supplementation can therefore be particularly useful during the darker months. Our Essentials Pro can help you to keep your vitamin D levels at the recommended level in the long term.
Magnesium
Magnesium is an important co-factor for the optimal bioavailability of vitamin D3, as it is involved in the conversion and activation of the sun vitamin at several points. If there is an acute magnesium deficiency, the effect of vitamin D is therefore limited.
As athletes in particular may have an increased need for magnesium, we have integrated it into Essentials Pro - for optimum effect.
Omega-3
Omega-3 is an absolute all-rounder supplement from which everyone, whether professional, endurance athlete or bodybuilder, can benefit. The positive effects of the fatty acids on your cardiovascular system and brain form the basis for your performance and regeneration. This is how you optimize muscle building and your endurance potential.
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential, long-chain fatty acids and as our body cannot produce them itself, they must be obtained from food. The most important omega-3 fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). As a look at the omega-3 supply in Germany shows, sufficient intake through food is not guaranteed.
While an omega-3 index of 8 to 11% is considered optimal, the average in Germany is just 4 to 6%. This shows that supplementation makes sense. (Clemens von Schaky, 2021)
With our Essentials, you don't have to worry about this: they are sensibly dosed, have optimum bioavailability and are well tolerated.

FAQ Essentials
What are the benefits of the nutrient complex?
Essentials is a comprehensive combination product that combines omega-3, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and magnesium. A key advantage is that you no longer have to take each of these ingredients individually, as they are all contained in an ideal dosage. We have optimally coordinated the active ingredients. Get your essential support!
What benefits do the ingredients offer me?
By taking Essentials, you ensure basic coverage of the most important basic vitamins. Omega 3 promotes the health of the cardiovascular system and supports brain function at the same time. Vitamin D3 and magnesium act as synergists and are the essential nutrients for your muscle function. Vitamin K is a real powerhouse for your bones and helps to maintain healthy bones.
Can I take too much vitamin D?
The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has set official upper limits for oral vitamin D intake, known as the No-Observed-Adverse-Effect-Level (NOAEL) and Upper Limit (UL).
The NOAEL represents a dose at which no adverse effects have been observed over a prolonged period and is set at 10,000 IU per day. The UL contains a safety factor which assumes that the dose is safe for lifelong use and is set at 4,000 IU per day. You will not exceed this with 3 capsules of Essentials daily.
Is the TOTOX value tested before or after encapsulation?
On the one hand, we request test reports from our suppliers for raw materials from European accredited laboratories, where the raw material is tested for PAH, fat composition, specific omega fatty acids, heavy metals, dioxins/PCB and Totox value. The raw material is only processed after this successful initial inspection.
The Totox value, among other things, is then also re-tested in the finished products to check for changes during storage or processing. The finished, encapsulated product is tested and separated from the capsule in the homogenisation laboratory.
