What is collagen important for?

Our joints can hurt, ligaments can tear and bones can break. To prevent this from happening, our body produces collagen, which keeps joints and bones stable and flexible. If you put a lot of strain on your joints through sport or if you frequently experience joint pain, it may be useful to take additional collagen via UC-II or Collagen Peptides.
