You cannot change your order after the payment process has completed because it is transferred from the ESN shop directly to the warehouse management software.
Depending on shipping status, we can change your delivery address or cancel your order if you contact customer service with your request. For orders in the packing process or those that have already shipped, the only option is to not accept delivery — the order will be returned to our warehouse automatically, at which time you will receive a full refund.
