If you would like to delete your ESN account, please submit the request to customer service via the contact form.

Please keep in mind that we can only delete your account when:

• all outstanding balances have been paid
• you have received all refunds due from us
• none of your orders are still in the shipping process

If any of the above conditions are not met, we cannot cancel your account immediately. In this case, we will ask you to resolve any outstanding issues first. With regard to pending refunds and orders in transit, we ask for your patience.
