You can change most of the information in the customer account itself. However, this only affects future orders. You can also add alternative addresses there.
The shipping addresses for orders already placed can only be adjusted by customer service - depending on the status of the order (only as long as the order is not yet being processed).
If you no longer have access to the e-mail address you used, please create a new customer account with the desired e-mail address. Customer service cannot change the email address for you for data protection reasons.
