What is the best way to enjoy RTD?

Best enjoyed chilled and shake well before opening.

How many RTDs a day are recommended?

We recommend consuming up to three portions a day: e.g. after getting up, before or after training and as a snack - whenever you want to cover part of your protein requirement.

Why do the RTD shakes have a short best before date?

Our Ready To Drink shakes are not intended for long-term storage and should not be bought in advance. For this purpose, you should always use a classic protein powder in a can or bag. The short shelf life of our Designer RTD Shake is mainly due to the highly heated milk.
