It is possible that you have placed orders under different email addresses based on the chosen payment method. This applies to PayPal Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — we use the associated email address for all communication.

If you use an alternative payment method that is associated with a different email address than your primary payment method, the order will be created under this other email address and registered as another customer account.
