We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with your ESN order.
If a delivered ESN item is not in order in any way, then you can of course return the item to us free of charge with the return slip - the same applies, of course, if you have received an incorrect item. As soon as we have received the returned item in our shipping center and it has been checked, we will credit it to the account you specified as payment method when you placed your order - and then you can order the item again. A return label for these two cases you will receive from customer service, please use the appropriate reason from the dropdown menu, then it goes fastest.
The same applies if you have received an incomplete delivery, our customer service will check this for you.
If you have changed your mind and no longer want the order, please use the cancellation policy: The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods. Within this period you can simply revoke the purchase contract. You have to pay the costs for the return yourself.
Please enclose the invoice or a delivery bill with your return shipment for a better allocation, then it will go fastest with the chargeback of the amount you paid. Chargebacks are only possible to the account from which the payment was made. If you paid by credit card, you can see the credit from your next monthly credit card statement.
