Something is missing in your delivery?
During ESN Black Week there will be split shipments. We ship from different warehouses, so your order may be split into multiple packages. Your order should usually arrive at the same time.
In this case, please contact our customer service, stating your order number and the missing items - feel free to take a photo in the open package, this will help us to trace.
Please send us the completed customer declaration (PDF) directly with your request. This is legally required. Thank you.
