Due to various intolerances, we are often asked for lists of products that may or may not be used in the case of gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance and the like.
Important: Food supplements are only ever a supplement to a balanced and healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle.
We illustrate this with our Designer Whey flavour Almond Coconut.
Ingredients: Once you have selected the flavour, you can scroll down. There you will find the heading "Ingredients". Important: You must select the respective flavour at the top. The ingredients list shows all the ingredients contained in our products. Nothing is included that is not listed. All allergens are also highlighted here. In this example, it is a whey protein blend, which is the main ingredient in Designer Whey. This means that Designer Whey is not suitable for people with lactose intolerance. The product also contains soya. If you have a soya allergy or intolerance, you should avoid the product.

Can I use ESN products if I have a histamine intolerance?
Histamine generally affects highly processed foods such as smoked or cured meats. We have not yet received any feedback regarding intolerance to our products in the case of histamine intolerance.
However, sensitivity is very individual and we therefore recommend that you test our range of samples first.
