Why are there "only" 32mg/100ml of caffeine?

320mg/l or 32mg/100ml is the maximum amount of caffeine allowed in Germany in energy drinks that fall under the category of caffeinated soft drinks.

Can I take the Crank Energy together with the Crank?

We do not recommend that you combine two caffeinated products. The amount of caffeine could be too high. If you want to use the Crank Energy, we would recommend that you use the Crank Pump Pro with it. This contains no caffeine, but increases your pump.

Does one can of Crank Energy replace one serving of booster?

No. Because our different boosters are designed with different and specific ingredients, they are individual and unique. Feel free to check out our booster comparison to find the right booster for you and your goals!
