How long does it take to notice an effect from Ashwa Pro?
Several studies have reported reductions in stress and anxiety following supplementation with 600–1000 mg per day of an ashwagandha extract called KSM-66, which is the same extract used in Ashwa Pro. The reductions ranged from 15–20% in otherwise healthy adults dealing with mild stress, to 40–70% in adults battling chronic mental stress, to 50% in adults with an anxiety disorder — all after 6–10 weeks, although milder benefits are observed earlier.
Is there a difference in the effect of Ashwa Pro in men and women?
There is no study we are aware of evaluating sex differences between men and women, and the previously mentioned studies used groups of men and women combined. While sex differences are possible, both men and women appear to experience meaningful benefits from ashwagandha.
